We hope you love your jewellery. However, if a piece is not quite right, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, length, or another design, the fastest and easiest way is to place a new order directly through our online shop. This ensures your new piece is secured and processed immediately.

Simply send the original item back to us as a regular return, and we will refund your payment as soon as it arrives.

 
FEW THINGS TO NOTE
Refunds: Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will refund the full purchase price, including the initial standard shipping costs.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. We highly recommend choosing an insured service with a tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Condition: Pieces must be returned in their original, unused condition. For items showing signs of wear or damage beyond a regular try-on, we reserve the right to deduct a compensation fee from the refund.

Exclusions: Customised designs, bespoke creations, or pieces made to your individual specifications are uniquely yours and cannot be returned or refunded.
